Ha- at least being warm and cozy is one of the better reasons for getting out of bed to be a struggle.
[For having such sleeping issues before, they certainly did their damnedest to make that shared bed of theirs one of the most comfortable spots to be; mattress or hammock, they made sure whichever they picked was cozy. Which... honestly, did speak more than either of them might ever say about how things had been going between them- and not at all in a bad way.
Couldn't remember the last time he'd gotten a better nights sleep since their 'arrangement' here started, and it only got better.
Also? Incredibly hard not to smile before Jack was taking that offered cookie bite from Gabriel, not at all minding the bit of hand feeding there. Meant he could keep his hands on the other, after all. Mm, cookies really did turn out good—]
